Room reservation deadline is April 15, 2025. Please call the hotel to make room reservations; ask for the KCSEA block at the room rate of $95 per night, breakfast included. Breakfast coupons will be available at the conference registration table for $12 per person for local attendees not spending the night.

**If a Full Conference Attendance is purchased, attendance cannot be split among two individuals.

**Refund Policy: There will be no refunds after May 15, 2025. No registrations will be accepted after May 15, 2025. Substitutions may be allowed; contact Jessica Dieckhoff.
**Insufficient Check Policy: In the event an insufficient check is received, the check must be made good with a money order or cash. In addition, that individual must pay by money order or cash for future payments to KCSEA.
